To check crew rotations initiates mobilization and demobilization process on appointed projects. Keeps contact with employees to maintain knowledge of job status, updates employee personal data, to provide all required training support necessary to the offshore employee. Assists with determining proper charge numbers for various projects, communicate to Operations Specialists / Billing. Initiates requests/follow up on information in the Travel Advisory System
Assists with Segment Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable actions as directed. Performs other duties as assigned
