Nov 2010 - Present Baker Hughes Process and Pipeline Kazakhstan (BJ Services), Kazakhstan Project Operations Administrator Provide assistance to Operation Manager Ensure that all project personnel flights are booked to mobilize and demobilize to worksite as per rotation schedule Ensure project personnel flights are arranged for next rotation within 5 working days of going on rotation leave Provide air fares from at least two different agents for manager’s approval Ensure personnel are aware of travel arrangements and pick up / arrival details Arrange all airport, helicopter or boat jetty transfer for project personnel As well monitoring visa arrangements, registration migration cards Inform Office Administrator when BJ drivers required for any of the above Update project personnel training files and contact information Assist personnel with filling project forms Request Office Administrator to arrange medical checks required for project personnel Collect and verify timesheets for project personnel and prepare for signature Maintains of personal documents and records (training information, medical, contract) Making monthly manpower personal planner updating every day Doing daily crew summary reports Attending staff, Subcontractor meetings Ensure confidentiality of all personnel information Arrange necessary training for personnel (BOSIET, Blue Book, Agip Induction) before date of expiry Inform project personnel of training courses and meeting Handled telephone inquiries, bookings, internal and external mail, and filing all booking forms and correspondence To check crew rotations initiates mobilization and demobilization process on appointed projects.
